Don Carlos Tribin comunicó con el padre Felipe Díaz Quintero HK7AYK y encontró en tan entusiasta, amable y servicial colega, la mejor acogida a nuestra idea.
Un día después los tres colegas y don Luis Alfonso Guevara Hk3AU de Bogotá, resolvieron cristalizar la idea de la organización que cumpliera esta formalidad y el primero de Junio de 1968 se lanzó al aire desde Concepción. Santander el primer programa a cargo del padre Felipe Díaz, a las 6.30 horas, en los 7180 KHertz.
Durante ese mes se quiso buscar un nombre para la cadena. Surgieron muchos y se idearon varios sistemas para escogerlo. Mientras ésta discusión se adelantaba, Mario Mejía Díaz sugirió, provisionalmente, el de Cadena HK Fraternidad, nombre que hoy 38 años despúes conserva.
Esta cadena tiene dos representantes nacionales e internacionales, con calificativos COORDINADOR NACIONAL, Padre Felipe Díaz Quintero y COORDINADOR NACIONAL DE RELACIONES PÚBLICAS Doctor Mario Mejía Díaz, quienes como fundadores emprendieron la tarea directriz.
Su fiesta especial es la reunión anual, la cual es de carácter estrictamente social y en consecuencia carece de elecciones, rendición de cuentas, discusiones, etc. La idea de esta fiesta fué originariamente propuesta por HK2-AFY y la primera celebración sucedió en Concepción con asistencia de 98 colegas, 11 de ellos de la zona YV. La televisora nacional envió un camarógrafo traido gentilmente por los delegados de Bogotá.
Aquí es necesario hacer resaltar el gran desempeño de los controles de la Cadena HK, para que ésta haya llegado a los 38 años de su existencia. Loor y gratitud para ellos.
La CADENA no tienes rangos, cuotas ni reglamentos especiales pero traza su línea de conducta en el INFORMATIVO siguiente:
La Cadena HK Fraternidad está compuesta por radioaficionados de Colombia, del exterior y porescuchas swl ,simpatizantes de buena voluntad, quienes sin distinción de ideologías ni rangos están al servicio de la humanidad, de la patria, de la sociedad y de sus colegas.
La CADENA HK no tiene cuotas ordinarias ni extraordinarias.
Tampoco tiene cargos directivos ni reglamentos especiales. El reglamento es consecuencia de la conducta de los radioaficionados.
Puede pertenecer a ella todo radioaficionado o simpatizante de cualquier nacionalidad que no este sancionado por la leyes de su propio país.
Con este programa la CADENA HK busca la simpatía de radioaficionados y swl escuchas ,y cree compensado su labor y sus esfuerzos al contar con un gran número de muy distinguidos colegas de Colombia y del exterior y hace invitación formal para que se reporten en ella en la frecuencia de 7145KHertz.
